2 free jobs per person (one drawing set = one job) · files we can't accept or process don't count
We ask for feedback before the Excel download, to improve the service
Results are automatic takeoffs from the drawings you provide. Review the flagged issues before real use — you're responsible for decisions based on these numbers.
What we collect and how we use it
Account: email and name, to limit free jobs and to contact you (only if you agree)
Uploaded drawings: used only for your takeoff — never published, sold or shared
Page images are sent to Google's AI service (paid Gemini API) to read numbers and tables
Feedback and results: used to improve accuracy
Deleting your data
Drawings and results are kept for 30 days from upload, then deleted automatically (drawings, readings, Excel and check images)
Use "Delete this job's drawings and results" on the job page anytime — everything for that job is deleted immediately
We keep only usage logs without drawing content (time, file size, page count) for security
Security
Files are checked before acceptance (real PDF only · embedded scripts never run) · each account sees only its own jobs · encrypted connection (HTTPS)
